The firm is owned and managed by Lana Cloud, a seasoned professional who lives in Gold Canyon and specializes in only East Valley Properties.
Lana is an experienced, veteran Realtor of 34 years, and is the Broker/Owner of the boutique brokerage, Kache' Realty Group-which, besides being consumer oriented-is a firm that embraces the new paradigm in real estate industry-Internet differentiation marketing-. The company is an online firm providing 5 Star Services to both clients and agents. Using complete & comprehensive lead generating and follow up systems. the firm is able to guarantee success to their clients as well as their associates. Lana´s first license was obtained in New Mexico in 1974, followed by brokers licenses in 1982, and she then obtained her first Management position that same year. She has lead single offices, groups of offices, and Regional Divisions for a number of national leaders including Coldwell Banker, Merrill Lynch, Prudential Preferred Properties, and Weichert Realtors. Her particular field of expertise is in rebuilding and growing real estate offices, divisions, or firms. And, coaching associates to their highest and best performance. Lana was the President of Merrill Lynch Realty, New York from 1987-1990 and an owner of Prudential Preferred Properties on the East Coast from 1990-1995.This was a 5 state franchise with 69 offices and over 4 Billion in annual revenues. The firm was sold in 1995, and Cloud then ran her own E firm, CIRRES REALTY GROUP, a small boutique brokerage, from 1995-2003.
